"Interaction with and knowledge of crew at the shop were outstanding. Scott is very knowledgeable about boats and accessories. Very willing to accomodate the customer. Gives a good deal for an excellent product. I had customizing of numbers and a name painted onto boat. A job well done. Excellent contrasting colors. Excellent interpersonal skills. Scott doesn't use high pressure tactics. Very comfortable in dealing with he and the rest of the employees at Liquid Wrenches. Scott also offered up suggestions to various situations. After purchase of boat (Moomba Outback V) Scott took the time to take myself, my nephew and niece to the dealta to acclimate us to the new equipment. A very good personal touch. Any future needs or questions regarding water sport equipment and usage, I will be contacting Scott for advice. Well done."

"The guys at liquid wrenches (particularly Rick White) have been awesome to me. Back in April, I found some stress cracks on the bottom of my boat. Brought it in to Rick, he had the warranty approval and work started within just a couple days. The glass and gel coat work is excellent. Got the boat back in time for my first big trip of the year.
More recently...I've had a house boat trip planned in Shasta for quite some time. The weekend before the trip (first weekend of June) I took my boat out for a test run and got a service required alert!!! Called Rick Monday morning and explained the issue. He had a good feeling he knew what it was, and, even though he was slammed, allowed me to drop off my boat for a quick check in hopes it was the "simple solution" problem. Turned out it was and I picked my boat up on the very next day. Rick - Thanks for getting me up and running and thanks for chewing the fat and answering all my tech questions. You saved my vacation!
In just two dealing with liquid wrenches, I'm fast becoming a loyal customer. Good job guys!

"I just want to say thanks to Scott for helping me with the purchase of my 2007 Moomba LSV. Since I am in Canada there is a little more work involved in selling a boat and Scott really took care of everything I requested.
I really recommend Liquid Wrenches as the service has been excellent so far.
Too bad we didn't get to meet when I came to San Fran but maybe this summer I will buy another from you.
